If you are ordering from the following countries, your seeds will be shipped without their original retail packaging. This is simply to help reduce parcel weight and size, making delivery more reliable and discreet:

Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Réunion, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Trinidad & Tobago, Argentina, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam.

The seeds themselves will remain carefully protected to ensure they arrive safely.

For international orders, due to local import restrictions, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility if a parcel doesn’t arrive. That said, the majority of our shipments do arrive without any problems.

1. Age Requirement

  • Accuracy – We aim to keep product descriptions accurate, but cannot guarantee that all details are 100% error-free.

3. Prices & Availability

4. Ordering & Delivery

  • Address Accuracy – Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be resent at your expense.

  • Stealth Shipping – Our Stealth Shipping guarantee does not cover address errors.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Time Limits – Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition – Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent via recorded delivery.

  • Refunds – We will refund the cost of the goods (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • International orders - For UK orders, if a package doesn’t arrive, we will resend it free of charge. For international orders, due to local import restrictions, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility if a parcel doesn’t arrive. That said, the majority of our shipments do arrive without any problems

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Return it as per our returns policy.

  3. We will cover return postage costs (standard recorded mail) and send a replacement or refund.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange items:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Promotions

Promotions are subject to availability. If a promotional item is out of stock, we may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.

9. Copyright & Trademarks

  • All content on this site (text, images, design) is owned or licensed by Laughing Leaf Seeds.
