Due to state laws, returns, refunds, and replacements are not available for customers in:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Can I return a product for a refund?

Yes—provided that:

You notify us before sending any items back.
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The return is sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods remain your responsibility until we receive them, so we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods must be in new, unopened condition.
You’ll be charged standard delivery rates to send the replacement.
Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

We’ll cover the cost of return postage (via recorded service).
Replacements or refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Refunds

Refunds apply to the cost of goods only—shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, and reshipping fees may apply.
