What does your packaging look like?

All orders from Laughing Leaf Seeds are shipped in plain, unbranded and discreet packaging, with no reference to the contents. This ensures your purchase remains private and secure at all times.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email allowing you to follow your delivery online from dispatch to arrival.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping where legally permitted. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our support team and we will confirm this for you.

What are your delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and shipping destination.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your country. An estimated delivery timeframe is shown at checkout, and full tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

Can I exchange products?

Yes. Products can be exchanged only if returned in their original, unopened packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full terms.

My package didn’t arrive on time — what should I do?

First, check your tracking email for any courier delays. If your order is significantly overdue, please contact the courier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

For security and discretion, we only ship to residential or personal addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

How quickly do you ship orders?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive email updates at every stage of the process.

Can my order be shipped to a different address?

Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order, as addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.

What if I miss my delivery?

Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel may be taken to a local collection point. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us.

Can customs check my package?

Yes. While all orders are packed discreetly, customs inspections may still occur. Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations before ordering. Laughing Leaf Seeds cannot be held responsible for items delayed, inspected or seized by customs.
