If you are ordering from the following countries, your seeds will be shipped without their original retail packaging. This is simply to help reduce parcel weight and size, making delivery more reliable and discreet:
Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Réunion, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Trinidad & Tobago, Argentina, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam.
The seeds themselves will remain carefully protected to ensure they arrive safely.
For international orders, due to local import restrictions, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility if a parcel doesn’t arrive. That said, the majority of our shipments do arrive without any problems
